Do not exceed a load of 40 lbs on each tower, and do not extend any component more than 4 inches beyond the front or rear most towers. Ensure you do not surpass the maximum load limit specified by the vehicle manufacturer and use all available attachment points on the van roof. Do not install a rooftop deck or climb on the rack. Inspect and tighten all hardware after the first 100 miles and every 500 miles thereafter. Check the overall integrity of the rack every 500 miles or monthly, whichever comes first.
